Cassandra Carver

Cassandra Carver is a HR Assistant at Astron Solutions, putting her HR expertise to work on a variety of client engagements. Cassandra also assists the company in opinion survey and exit interview analysis, by processing responses and developing reports based on the collected data.

Additionally, Cassandra assists in all areas of Astron's marketing, include articles for Astronology and Skylines, online / print advertisement for the company, and new marketing ventures. Cassandra also provides front office support.

Prior to joining Astron, Cassandra worked for the Admissions Office at Montclair State University. As an Admissions Ambassador, she provided campus tours to prospective students, parents, and alumni. She offered office support by managing the front desk at the admissions office. Cassandra also assisted in creating guide manuals for future Ambassadors.

Cassandra is active in the HR community. She is an integral part of the ASHHRA Region 1 conference committee. Cassandra leads the vendor coordination and post-conference survey processes.

Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Montclair State University. She is also a member Lambda Pi Eta, The Honor Society for Communication Studies.
